At Xongjug – Home Care Services, we are committed to providing exceptional and affordable home care services. Our transparent fee structure ensures that clients receive the best care while keeping the pricing simple and clear.

1. Client Fee Structure

The fees for home care services vary depending on the type of care required, the duration of the service, and the expertise of the caregiver. Below is a breakdown of the costs for various services:

Service Categories

  • Elderly Care
    Providing companionship, daily activity assistance, and personal care for elderly individuals.
    • Hourly Rate: ₹200 to ₹350 per hour
    • Full Day (8 Hours): ₹1,000 to ₹1,500 to per day
    • Overnight Care (12 hours): ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 per night
  • Child Care
    Offering in-home child care services, including supervision, educational support, and other child-related activities.
    • Hourly Rate: ₹200 to ₹300 per hour
    • Full Day (8 Hours): ₹1,000 to ₹2,400 per day
  • Nursing Assistance
    Professional nursing care for medical conditions, post-surgical recovery, and special medical needs.
    • Hourly Rate: ₹200 to ₹500 per hour
    • Full Day (8 Hours): ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 per day
  • Post-Surgical & Special Care
    Specialized care for individuals recovering from surgery or living with chronic medical conditions.
    • Hourly Rate: ₹200 to ₹500 per hour
    • Full Day (8 Hours): ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 per day
  • Live-in Care
    24-hour care provided by a caregiver who resides with the client to offer constant assistance and support.
    • Monthly Rate: ₹10,000to ₹40,000 per month

Additional Charges

  • Travel Fee: ₹100 to ₹200 per visit (applies when the caregiver needs to travel more than 15 km from their base location).
  • Specialized Services: Charges for services such as physical therapy, speech therapy, or specialized care for neurological conditions will be determined based on the specific requirements of the client.

2. Payment Terms for Clients

  • Payment: All payments for home care services must be made to Xongjug platform at the beginning of each month or at the time-of-service agreement. This upfront payment covers the caregiver’s service for the month, and helps us ensure that quality care is provided to you. Xongjug will disburse the appropriate amount to the caregiver, minus the platform’s service fee.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), credit/debit card, or cash.
  • Late Payment: Clients are expected to make payments promptly on the first day of each month. If the payment is delayed for more than 7 days, a late fee of ₹500 will apply and will be suspended until the payment is cleared.
  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the service is cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed start time and no service has been provided. Any cancellation after the service begins will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Payment Flow Between Xongjug and Caregivers

  • Caregiver Payment Distribution: Payments made by clients to Xongjug will be processed and transferred to the caregiver after the deduction of a service commission.
    • Service Commission: Xongjug charges a 10% commission on each payment made to the caregiver for administrative, operational, and platform maintenance costs.
  • Payment to Caregivers: Once the client’s payment has been processed by the platform, the caregiver will receive their payment on a bi-weekly or monthly basis as per the arrangement with the platform.

4. Special Offers and Discounts

At Xongjug, we aim to make quality home care accessible to all. We occasionally offer the following promotions:

  • Long-term Care Discount: Clients opting for 3 months or more of continuous service will receive a 5% discount on their total service fee.
  • Referral Program: Clients who refer a new client to Xongjug will receive a 10% discount on the next month’s service fee once the referred client completes their first month of service.

5. Service Agreement and Duration

  • Service Duration: The initial agreement is typically for a minimum of 1 month of service. Clients may extend the contract or adjust the care type based on their needs. All extensions or changes should be communicated to the platform 7 days before the end of the current month.
  • Termination: Either the client or Xongjug may terminate the agreement with a 7-day notice. In case of cancellation by the client within the notice period, no refund will be issued.

6. Changes to Fee Structure

Xongjug reserves the right to revise the fees and service charges at any time. Clients will be notified in advance if any changes are made to the fee structure, and the new rates will apply from the beginning of the next billing cycle.
